FAQs

What is an indoor virtual golf centre?

Tee Box provides a controlled environment where golfers can play using advanced simulators or virtual reality technology, replicating the experience of playing on real golf courses. At Tee Box, we use Trackman technology.

Where can I park?

We do not have any dedicated parks for our guests. However, there are P30 to all day parks around the surrounding streets of Tee Box. You are welcome to drop your clubs off before finding a park during peak parking times which are 12-4pm on weekdays. After 4pm, there is plenty of parking available.

When should I arrive for my booking?

You should aim to arrive 10 minutes before your booking is scheduled to start to allow you time to check in and make sure you’re ready as soon as your bay becomes available.

Do you sell food and drink?

We make barista coffee and have a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as packaged snacks for sale. You may bring your own water.

Do you sell alcohol?

We sell a selection of alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy while you are playing on our simulators.

For one person, it takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour to play a course. For a group of four people it can take 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you’ve played a round at Tee Box, you’ll get a feel for how long it takes for you and your group to play.

Can I bring my own golf clubs?

Yes. We encourage you to bring your own clubs. However, please ensure they are clean. If they need to be cleaned, we will kindly ask that you do so before using the simulator. We have hire clubs available for $5 a set if you don’t have your own.

What golf balls should I use?

We will provide you with Titleist Pro V1 RCT balls which have been designed specially for radar tracking. You will be given three balls for your bay at the start of your session, which are to be returned to the front desk upon leaving. Any lost or damaged balls will be charged at $10 per ball.
