Simulator bay usage:

a. The simulator bay is available for use during your reserved time slot only.

b. Users are responsible for setting up and adjusting the simulator settings according to their preferences, with assistance available from our team if needed.

c. A maximum of four golfers per bay. Spectators are free to watch.

Fees and payments:

a. A full payment is taken from your card when you book online. We accept debit, credit (Visa/Mastercard).
b. When paying in person at Tee Box, we accept debit, credit cards, Eftpos and cash

Cancellations and refunds:

a. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made with at least 24 hours notice.

b. Failure to provide timely notice or no-shows will not receive a refund.

Children 12 and under:

a. Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times within the simulator bay area.

b. The guardian or accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate behaviour of the children.

Equipment and accessories:

a. Users are responsible for handling the golf clubs, balls, and other equipment provided by the facility in a safe and appropriate manner.

b. Any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.

Personal safety:

a. Users must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our team.

b. Proper footwear must be worn at all times within the simulator bay area. No spiked golf shoes are permitted.

Food and beverages:

a. No food or beverages inside the simulator bays.

b. Users are responsible for cleaning up any spills or messes caused by food or beverages.

Technical issues:

a. In the event of technical difficulties or malfunctions with the simulator equipment, users should notify our team immediately.

b. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly, but if we cannot resolve the issue we will endeavour to recompense you.
